Very unprofessional when told about a unsafe use of they're equipment. Instead of dealing with it professionally, he dealt with it personally. Not taking the unsafe use seriously and instead made sure to warn the renter so they didn't get caught. They put they're kid in danger and made this very public by going at least ten feet in the air with they're little kid in they're arms without a harness. When I asked his policy, he told the renter which they called the police cause he told them I took a pic of they kid not the complaint! All this after already telling me he couldn't and wouldn't get involved. As long as they make they're money, and you own your house you can rent and do whatever you like with equipment. Will you threaten me here as well?

Equipment was in good working order. Regular and easy communication with business. A one on one quick how to" with unfamiliar equipment was an added bonus. Delivery of equipment was prompt and as scheduled. Payment was easily done online through the email in which the invoice was sent. Prices were fair and competitive. I highly recommend this business."

I had the pleasure of renting a skid steer from the owner, Greg, last weekend. First off the pricing was the best I have seen. More importantly the machine ran great and obviously is well maintained. The machine arrived ahead of schedule and the entire process was simple and painless. I had never rented this kind of equipment before so when delivered he ensured I knew what I was doing.GA Equipment rentals is run like a small town operation where client satisfaction is very important. While I was obviously not a big money client, that did not seem to matter to the owner at all. He went above and beyond in making sure I was totally satisfied. Prior to going to GA Equipment I contacted the other rental outfits in KW. I’ve rented a mini skid steer twice to work on some fences and the price has been very affordable. The owner is very knowledgeable and accommodating and you can tell he really takes pride in maintaining his equipment! I have some projects left to complete and I won’t hesitate to rent from this company again!

Greg of GA Equipment was excellent to work with. We would highly recommend him and use him again. We had never used a skid steer before and he patiently took the time to explain how to work it and exchange the bucket and forks. The machine was used to prepare our driveway for interlocking stone and worked flawlessly. The machine came in great condition and worked like new. Very impressed.
