We were really happy with the help we received from Brenda and Bill at Fifth and Fir to help us find the perfect tiles to meet the criteria of the look we were going for in our bathroom design. Not only were they the right tiles but the price was within our reach. We are very happy with the quality of the tiles, the great customer service we received and finally, the end result.

Stunning collection. As an architecture student I visited Fifth & Fir to source materials and learn about products. Brenda was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to offer me samples and teach me about innovative design studios. Their service was very attentive, personalized, and generous.

I can’t say enough good things about the experience I had at 5th and Fir. The customer service at 5th and Fir was exceptional. When I arrived at 5th and Fir I was looking for tiles for our kitchen renovation. The shop had a beautiful selection of products, far more than any of the other shop I had visited prior. I brought in pictures of my kitchen, a sample of the counter top we were installing and swatch of the kitchen paint color and asked Brenda for help. Brenda is not just a sales person but an experienced interior designer who was able to provide invaluable advise and sent me home with some samples. I returned to 5th and Fir a couple of times in the process of making a decision and Brenda was extremely patient and responsive in addressing all my design questions. She helped me visualize the end project and feel confident about my choices. Both Brenda and Bill liased with my contractor to make sure that everything was ordered and delivered on time. I am so grateful that I found 5th and Fir. The kitchen renovation turned out far better than I ever imagined. The tile backsplash is the highlight of the kitchen. I would definitely recommend 5th and Fir to anyone shopping for tile.

The shop has great tile collections! I spent over a month looking for sage green tiles and fan shape tiles but no luck (either no stock or need to wait for 3 or more months). I happened to drive pass by fifth and fir one day and found exactly what I was looking for and they had immediate stocks! There was miscalculation of the tile square footage somewhere at some point by the supplier which caused shortage of tiles for my project. But Brenda was extremely helpful and quickly got the missing tiles for me in less than 12 hours

This store is filled with such beautiful, unique tiles! I went in for a visit a few weeks ago for inspiration for my mid century modern home project. Brenda was incredibly helpful by immediately showing me all the tiles that would work for my project. She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also friendly and approachable. I will definitely be back for all my future tile needs!
