Absolutely terrible service. Bank manager was rude and very difficult to deal with. I'm absolutely disgusted with the service. Am in process of cancelling my business and personal accounts with this bank. Avoid at all costs

Nothing but trouble. Our advisor was very difficult to reach via email or telephone, failing to respond to simple questions and requests related to our mortgage. They missed two closing dates on our forever home, despite telling us for weeks leading up to the first closing date that everything was taken care of and in order. Had an incorrect amount for the mortgage, released funds before we had agreed and signed. Didn't bother to consolidate our debt into the mortgage, something we discussed several times. Opened a savings account that we can't access. The list goes on and on. My experiences with this branch have been some of the worst experiences of my life. Avoid this branch at all costs.
