Unbelievable!!!! Called numerous times and each time someone picked up and immediately placed me on hold without saying a word (no acknowledgement) then seconds later, picks up the line and immediately hangs up without saying a word. There is no way the office is so crazy busy that they can't say hello" or "hold please". Hanging up is absolutely unacceptable. Obviously

Twice now I’ve checked the website regarding hours and open status to be told open. On arrival at site a hand written sign in the window advises of closed status and completely different hours than on website. Do they not realise that nowadays people check website first and don’t expect to get different news upon arrival. Or don’t they care. They’re at home being paid full salary whether they work or not.1% is still too much!

Unbelievable, I have called about 10 times and someone is picking up the phone and hanging up immediately. What shocks me more is reading other reviews of this, and the fact nothing has been done to change this. Extremely poor customer service.

Called 5 times and each time the phone was picked up and hung up immediately. I get that they are busy but the question I had would have taken 30 seconds to answer...if that. Ignorant is all I can say.

Tried phoning all they do is pick up the phone and hang up on you nice to see our tax money wasted on this type of service
