I'm very impressed how fast Fairstone management worked very effectively. Im a customer who is very pleased.

Fairstone customer service are very rude when i call awhile ago!!! customer service should be nice and train on how they will approach a customer. I ask for his name, he told me Chapreet and then i told him to spell it for me and after that he drop the call !!!. First thing that comes out on his mouth and ask me is are you running and i ask why he just said because you speak fast. If you been trained or did not understand what the customer is saying you have to say it in a nice way like can you please speak slowly". This man is keep on arguing with me!!!!!!! i try to call many times but i think he is the only customer service available this time and keeps dropping my call!!!!!!.. First time to encounter such a rude person. Management should review our conversation so that they will know what kind of staff they have!!!!!!!!.. if i can give negative rate i will give it to him!!!!!!!! He ask all my personal details and if anything happen to my account i will blame that person!!!!!!!... you have to do something on him!!!!!!!!!!"

If I could give zero stars I would. CONSUMERS BEWARE not only do they trick you into getting locked into a high interest loan at 39.99% but they also steal money. I paid them out in full way under the 60 month term. This company has taken excess funds from my account and refuse to give it back. It has been nearly 30 days and the branch manager said that I need to provide bank statements even though they are aware funds have been received to them. The response I received was that funds can be NSF months after received. This is laughable. I would not recommend this company and if you have suffered the same problem know you're rights against these loan companies. Ontario has made fing small claims actions easy by electronic filing online. Highly uneducated staff even the branch manager is poorly educated. Don't get desperate enough to borrow from these people.

The lending specialists at Fairstone have always responded to my needs in a courteous friendly manner to assist with my emergency expenses. Sehnaz Ozsalman was very knowledgeable, friendly and granted my loan the following day.

No service. On hold 2 plus hours??? Disconnected repeatedly??No recourse for customers. Can’t access account online.Chat not working. I somehow got put on their mailing list and now receive a pre-approval for a loan monthly. This is despite calling them up to be removed. What a backwards organization. Wouldn't suggest working with them.
