Parts guy is very nice. Helped me out with our bike and assisted us with finding some new gear.

Bought a bike sight unseen, Corey helped me and sent me all the info for the bike and answered all my questions right away at first. They were able to ship the bike to me in Toronto through a third party and made it easy for me. Small scuffs and scratches unknown if they were there already or from shipping but nonetheless I did not expect it perfect. Horn also did not work on arrival but they said they would send me a new one!

Bought 3 bikes from them, no help on parts pricing they basically get mad at you for suggesting to get the same price as fort nine, one of my brand new bikes that my wife rides had multiple issues along with the poor quality when I picked it up and it was programmed, they dropped it in the back of my truck, brought the bike back for some warranty work, over 6 weeks of it sitting there, no one looked at it,I will never be back through those doors

Went to buy a Dirtbike off them, the manager was super rude to me when inquiring about it. I did end up buying the bike anyways because it was in stock, I set aside the poor customer service. Before I wheeled it out of showroom I had asked if the PDI was done, so the bike will run. They confirmed the bike was good to go. Drove 2hrs home to find out the bike was still locked out and would not run.Had to bring the bike back to be unlocked, no apology or anything. This has happened to several people that I know. Simple step and they can’t seem to get it right. This place has gone severally downhill under the new owners

15 months my bike has been in the shop waiting on a cylinder replacement, 5 hours on the bike as it was bought new from this store and had a faulty cylinder that leaked. I have only been provided a couple updates and every time I call or stop by I don’t get any updates and am told they need a different person who is not there. Last time I stopped in 3 months ago they said they would call me back within two days for an update and never did. I called again twice and the people in the store apparently still can’t provide an update. I emailed back and forth with Husqvarna who says the delay on their end was the shop not providing documentation or pictures to get the repair approved.

Christian was super helpful answering several questions I had and did not hesitate to get prompt answers from the supplier for me.

Worst salesmen I’ve ever dealt with, would not recommend buying anything here

The people make the place.River city has two of the best customer service people I know in the industry and the most excellent mechanic in the city!

Absolutely zero customer service. Went in there through the front door, and 2 employees had seen us looking at bikes, but nobody had said a word to us. So we look at two new bikes I had been looking at online hoping for someone to say something. But after 20 minutes of waiting around, we decided to look elsewhere for bikes. Do not recommend Rivercity Cycle.

Great help at the service counter as usual. Ryan is always really friendly and he really knows his stuff! The service in this store is why I keep coming back.
