Truly the best dental experience ever. Its never fun going to the dentist, but they make it as enjoyable and gentle as possible with 100% honesty. Never feel like they are cutting corners to make a quick buck. Cannot recommend Dr. Matthews enough.

Scheduled an appointment. Confirmed the appointment three days prior. Upon arrival office had no record of appointment.

I’ve been going to Dr. Jennifer Matthews since I was an toddler! She has looked after a great majority of my father’s side of my family and still does! She invests in the top-of-the-line equipment and pays close attention to detail. I have had multiple crowns, fillings, root canals, chipped teeth, etc... and NEVER had any problems! I have to say getting a Quality crown done in one day... and not even notice it after.. AMAZING! I hear a lot of people have fear of the dentist. I can honestly say, I’ve NEVER had that experience. Jennifer and her team have always made my experience as comfortable as possible! Very HIGHLY RECOMMENDED getting dental work done with her and her team!

I have been going to see Jennifer Matthews for over 10 years. She used to be in another office across the hall with another dentist named Navi Boparai. Every single time I came in for an appointment I would see him and not my actual dentist Jennifer. Navi was very pleasant every time I dealt with him. Dr Matthews moved across the hall about 4 years ago to open her own clinic. Since moving the service has gone extremely down hill. I would go info the dentist every 6 months and since she moved I have had Jennifer come in and check over my teeth 1 time. I have ended up switching dentist because of how bad things have gotten. My new dentist was shocked about how bad my teeth were and was shocked to find out that I was someone who goes into the dentist every 6 months. He said my teeth looked like someone who has not gone to the dentist in a very long time. I guess that is a true statement when Dr Matthews was never around?*** response to your reply to my review- It is highly unprofessional to call your patient a liar. There is nothing inaccurate about my review, it is strictly my experience at your office. Firstly, I have never requested Friday appointments. I was never told that Dr Matthews would be absent from office when I made my appointments (6 months in advance every single time) nor was I told in these text messages" that she would not be in the office. The text messages were strictly an automated appointment confirmation. When I was asked by the hygienist if there are any concerns about my teeth

Staff is friendly, and Jennifer is amazing. I have been coming here for years and recently had a crown on a front tooth redone (after I did the laser whitening) I have a new appreciation for what goes into making this artificial porcelain tooth. Jennifer is a artist and really cares about her quality and work. Thumbs up & gold star to this team, keep doing what your doing.
