Tried 3 times to get a hold of the Burlington store, always voice mail.

I’ve been using them for the last two years. I have called twice and left messages to get my fire extinguishers inspected or serviced. I called the third time I talk to the receptionist and told her what was happening and she just said email them and they’ll get back to you. They should’ve taken my name and number and got someone to call me back. Looks like I have to find a new place.

I arrived at the building and unloaded my tanks for refills, only to find a note on the front door requesting to go around back for service. The building is large with many businesses to navigate around, I finally made it to the back door again unloaded my tanks for refills only to be advised they were out of CO2.

I have a hard time dealing this Classic since they took over FCFP, I don't think they care or understand how to manage the service. I've dropped their service, they send a new technician every month for an entire year, the technician doesn't know where the entrance is, needs orientation every time, doesn't know where the risers are located so big waste of time. A new person sends the invoice every month despite instruction to send it to accounts payable, although the instruction never gets through to them. They made some fraudulent service quote trying to state I need to put anti-freeze in my indoor heated system at a ridiculous fee, not need or required... My federal employer (The Canadian Forces) looks like they also dropped them as a service vendor as I see all the tags have been changed over from Classic in the Brantford Armory. Again Forest City fire protection was much better before acquired by Classic.
