Have you been examined by Dr. Singerman? He has been my doctor for many years. Count yourself as one of the privileged ones. He is a rock star" among doctors in Quebec. When you get your turn he takes his time with you and answers all your questions intently and sincerely. No pressure. Take your time. And he listens...really listens to you. I live 4+ hours from Montreal and I gladly return to the big city to be examined by him."

I went 2 times there, waiting for 3 hours each time and I left without having the chance to see a doctor !! Medecine services in general should be reviews in quebec..

What a pathetic service . I went their because I had an appointment. Receptionist said u don’t and shut the door at my face . Really no professionalism at all. If you don’t want to work quit atleast don’t waste someone’s time.

I have alway had a great service from this office, Dr.Singerman is very focused and has always respected my appointments, as with most clinics, there is some waiting time usually about 1hour,

Dr.Blusanovics was my Dr. for years. He is frontlining now ,so I now have Dr.Albert. I have nothing but glowing recommendations for ALL 3 Dr's. I have had the fortune of dealing with all 3 on certain instances and found them all to fantastic. The only thing I have issues with is trying to get reception to answer the phone.

Ask to call to make an appoimtment and NEVER pick up the phone.Just terrible!

Terrible service, hyper doctor and slow nurse..

I agree with several other comments here. The clinic is difficult to reach by phone, as it is seldom answered. You can leave a message but it is not clear when your call will be returned. The waiting area is small and it is often difficult to find a seat, even with patients being encouraged to go outside the office and return later. On more than one occasion I have seen Dr. Albert arrive quite late for his scheduled appointments. I have never had an appointment time respected; waiting one to two hours beyond the scheduled time is, sadly, normal" for this clinic. Patients endure this poor and disrespectful treatment out of necessity because of the doctor shortage in Quebec but there is really no excuse for a medical office or practitioner to be so disrespectful of his patients' time and comfort."

Worst experience everZero !!!

Impossible to reach and calls are never returned. I have been calling and leaving messages for weeks.
