Tip Top (Tailors since 1909)

Got 3 suits here, the staff is friendly and funny, they know there stuff and the prices are more then fair.

I always enjoyed shopping at tip top tailors. Brandee is amazing. However, I had an unpleasant experience with a staff member recently. I think his name is William, he was unfriendly and unwelcoming when my wife and I entered the store. His body language was cold and face was firmly cold. I would have excused and ignored this, as a natural instinct, as many people can be like that. However, the moment I mentioned the manager's name and implied that I know her. His body language changed to being polite and friendly. How did that happen? I am not sure if he judged me or he was having a rough day, I just hope lives upto the professional conduct of a place like 'Tip top tailors'. I hope, I really hope I can go back to them for a better experience.

The worst experience getting my son's grad suit. Very unprofessional. The pants needed hemming and the girl working just quickly pinned and sent it to tailor. We got the pants back and they were inch too short. I was assured if they weren't right length, I could bring them back in and they would correct. Brought them back and was told by same girl that she didn't know when tailor would be back, so couldn't do anything about it. Made it sound like there was never any intention to fix the problem. Worst experience ever! Will never be back nor recommend!

Friendly staff and great clearance items at a low cost for special occasions on a budget. Not to mention the great selection of regular priced items if you like to drop a little extra coin on a nice suit etc.

My partner came in and had to special order his clothing because they didn’t have what we needed which is fine… they suggested my xl partner get a 3xl??? Then when it came in almost gave it to another guy who thankfully was in the same wedding party, but when my partner came in and tried it on they had the audacity, when asked how it looked on him, to say “idk I haven’t been here long”… I had to return his shirt in Saskatoon cause the girl who was there couldn’t work the system even, and they couldn’t even get him the pants needed for the suit either. What a terrible experience, won’t ever catch me here again and I’ll never recommend this place. It’s a joke.

Very nice people, and great service!

They went above and beyond and when they heard I was walking they even offered delivery even though that’s not a normal service they offer. Only knocked it down a star because they did not deliver on the say the said they would.

As a big guy, having access to George Richards stuff is fantastic!The gentleman helping me today (Kirk) is a fantastic guy to deal with. Fantastic customer service! Tip Top is lucky to have him!
