The online return link is flawed. It says the item cannot be returned when it's been within 14 days of receiving the item. I emailed Sokoloff and I am hoping that when my garment reaches them, that my size will still be available.

I bought a bra and underwear set and loved the items! I got my usual size, but it was a bit small. Not sure if that is my fault for not reading the sizing guide properly. The underwear I got had a very small rip in the side seam, so I emailed them about it. They refunded me right away for it.

Poor customer service on so many levels. First my order didn't arrive on time. When I sent an email to inquire I was told it would be received by such-and-such date. That did not happen. When I inquired again I received an email explaining they were having postal strikes. I found that frustrating being as at no point in time was it posted on their website or did I receive an email advising me of the strikes. Next problem was when I received my order. 1 of the bras was not only smaller than the other but the wire felt bent. I reached out to them again and they told I could return it if I pay the shipping. In my many years of shopping online never has any company I dealt with ever asked me to pay for return shipping when I have received a damaged item or not as described which was the case in this situation. The next email I receive is an emotionally-charged email from Pascal, which I posted in the photos. I understand that you have a return policy but it doesn't apply to receiving items that are damaged. Furthermore at no point in time on your website does it say that strapless bras will fit smaller then a regular bra. From my standpoint this was several errors on your part. To say that you've never had this problem was a turn-off to me. Of course a problem can happen when you're not in control of the item the whole time and did nothing to prevent it from being damaged because you shippped it in a flimsy plastic envelope. In the end they did not make it right as most companies would have. It's a shame they didn't take this as an opportunity to hear a customer's feedback as a way for them to improve. Had you bothered to fix the situation, I probably would have ordered a lot more items you. However since you have not done that not only have you lost a customer, I'll be telling people not to order from you.

Got a couple items at Sokoloff to surprise my girlfriend after a night out last week. Not only she loved them (specially the bralette) but the stars in her eyes were priceless!

Very disappointing online experience and super tedious return/refund process. I would definitely advise on buying in store and avoid buying online if you don't want to be stuck with 14 days only to return and no refund. All in all a poor experience unfortunately...
