Possible Fraud Alert! and compromised systemsSomeone in this store is stealing my car washes, I just noticed that someone has stolen my car washed. This has been happening since January of this year, I bough 5 washes in only got to use one.All my car washes were done in Scarborough with a different card. And the staff did not do anything, I am afraid the station is compromised and worried that my debit card and credit may also be hacked.So much fraud these days, and to be at a well know gas station like this is terrifying.I would not buy gas here!!Love the car wash here but there is something sinister happening here. And will avoid Malton - and Shell gas stations!!!! The risk of getting my personal information stolen is too high!

After filled up gas always paper rolls run out you have to walk in to get bills it's happened 3 times in a 2 months period.

Got my tire punctured by a screw in the carwash. Management here is so bad at customer service, they didn't even offer me any compensation at all. Beware coz if you get your car damaged here they won't do anything at all. They will try to make it look like it didn't happen at all.

Honestly, is it asking too much to be greeted with a hello?A hello or a thank you would be nice. We are after all spending money that pays her wages.Canadian ways and Customer service!Shell Canada may want to hear about this franchisee and the staff they employ.

Really bad experience with the car wash.cashier issued an extra car wash code,still the car wash over there is not at all good.waste of money and time.Dnt want to gv any start for the car wash.

They are displaying price of petrol 140.9$ and at pump they are selling at 142.9$. I saw price and came to fill petrol. After filling i saw price difference and I asked customer attendant for price difference and He accepted mistake but In Canada what price is showing They have to sell on that price not on price in there system. I am very upset with this incident with shell While I am regular shell customer but not longer from now.

Fairly expensive and slow to update their gas price compares to esso across the street. The store is nicer than esso, the pumps dont work at times and only go there when esso fails.
