Gianni and Franca know their stuff! They are so knowledgeable and helpful…I will never buy my bras anywhere else!! Everyone I have referred to them has also been super satisfied. Their bras really make you realize that you’ve never been wearing the right size or type of bra before.

The staff was very kind, helpful and welcoming. They really provide a safe space for trying out their more extravagant clothing, without any judgement. They even offer extremely quick custom adjustments/made if what they have on hand doesn't fit perfectly.

My mother sister and I have been going to Gianni and Franka for years and have always been more than satisfied with their services and products. Gianni and Franka are amazing and extremely knowledgeable and the only one in Montreal that can offer me a quality product for my bra size at a great price. From your amazing products to your great sense of humour. Each visit has been like reconnecting with long lost family members. I will not stop referring.Vasthy

They've got a wide range of products and I definitely found what I was looking for. It's enjoyable to have such options at hand and the sellers on place were very useful. It's nonetheless true that they ask whether you'll be buying or not. Even if being asked did bother me, I acted as if I didn't hear and the lady didn't repeat herself. Maybe the owner is indeed different from the staff that helped me that day because they were very kind and helpful in their approach. For their great selection and good customer service, I'd recommend them!

Great place to get fitted lingerie, latex, straps etc... We went numerous times and always get a great personalized service, there's no BS from the owners. If something doesn't look good on you, they will let you know and help find an alternate solution. We appreciate the quality of their product as well!

I went but this weekend to pick up an under-bust corset for a wedding I had the same day. The staff there was super nice and helpful to help me find something that fit.As a transman I am used to getting looks/comments from other sex shops when asking for such things but the staff here was super kind and accommodating and respectful.I went back the next day to get a waist training corset and I couldn't be happier.My mom used to go to them when she was younger so I guess I should keep up with tradition!Thanks! xox

These people are horrible. They're rude every time I've gone in but this time we were practically shooed out. While looking at outfits for work we were told We don't sell Halloween costumes here you know"

Insulting costumer service. As soon as I enter the store, the owner (an old overweight man) looks me up and down and says I must be size 34. I tell him actually it's 30. He condescendingly replies Ah

The old, overweight, bear belly man insulted me because I was a little thicker than the average person. Told me to lose weight and then come back. He later proceeds to call me « la conne » to the other people working there thinking that I don’t understand French. He was racist too. Terrible service!
