Walden Child Care

Walden Child care has had such a positive effect on our son. We are sad to leave them, but they were able to make our transition so easy and effortless. Thank you to the amazing staff, who accepted our child and helped him grow.

We are moving and have to say goodbye to Walden child care centre. Our toddler had a very positive experience here every time she goes! She enjoys their fresh homemade menu, experienced staff who sing and read and play actively, and maximum outside playtime. We get updates throughout the day which provide peace of mind for working parents. The leadership has worked hard to create a welcoming culture, a holistic learning experience, and a safe environment for all the children. Very thankful for this team and the care our child received.

We love Walden Child Care! Our child had been at Andrea and Janets other daycare for over a year and we loved and trusted them there, walden child care is exactly the same! Andrea and Janet have hired trusting and caring staff who cater to all children's needs. Walden child care provides healthy meals and a multitude of educational activities inside and outside. The facility is beautiful too! Wouldn't have our child be anywhere else.

My son has been attending Walden Child Care (WCC) for over a month and we could not be happier with our decision. The WCC team is extremely friendly and they care about each child.For instance, my son has severe eczema and some food sensitivities. Both his teachers ensure they follow all my instructions to ensure that my son doesn't have skin flare ups. Even when a substitute teacher comes in, I'm worried I need to explain his skin situation, but when I show up the substitute teacher is fully aware of who he is and the care he requires. Even when he goes outside to join all the other children all the instructors know who he is, wave to him, and say hello. This shows me they have strong communication and collaboration within the team.The instructors are always singing to the children. Everyday they have a different activity planned such as playing with rainbow spaghetti, outdoor painting and picnics. My son loves the healthy lunch and snacks they provide. They have a fantastic onsite Chef. The instructors ensure they go outside everyday for fresh air. Even if it's raining they put them in their Muddy Buddy suits and go outside.When we added our son's name to the WCC wait-list they kept me informed every few months that we were still on the list and the number of children ahead of him.My advice to other parents is to put your child's name on the wait-list at WCC as soon as possible. They are worth the wait!

Stop searching for a daycare and register with Walden Child Care!! My son has been with them for his third week and I have seen such a massive change in him. He's a pandemic baby and he's now social, starting to come out of his shell and is starting to really warm up to the teachers at this daycare. Everyone is sooo nice, Janet and Andrea have made it such a beautiful center for the kids to learn and play and feel comfortable in their classes. The teachers are so amazing, the chef they have on site is so nice (these kids eat better than i do) and everything at this daycare is specialized for the kids. I am so happy i choose Walden Child Care for my son and i am so excited for him to be there for the next few years. Thank you for all you do and making my son feel at home! You guys rock! XO

Walden child care is the best. The teachers are very loving and always attentive to individual needs. The daily activities make the children's day extremely interesting and educational. My son is only 14months old but has learned such in the past few months. I am glad we found and chose this place. Couldn't wish for a better place for him.(You know you found a good daycare when you are trying to buy a house based on proximity to it)

100% recommend Walden Child care. The space itself is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so friendly and great with all the children. We have been at this location since they opened and it was the best decision we made.The kids are fed fresh, healthy food with a ton of variety.All staff are open with communication you feel like you are there with your child throughout the day.The owners are incredibly approachable and know all the children by name.Highly recommend to all families!!!
