Juniper Rock Forest Wellness Retreat
Zoë and Rachel, were fantastic hosts, that made us feel right at home.There was a natural organic flow to our weekend. We created a strong and beautiful bond between each other that I will cherish forever. What better way to reconnect with ourselves then being in nature. I loved the informal gathering at a cottage nature of the weekend, with forest connection and yoga thrown in. a Canadian camping experience with some bug awareness and patience for rain required.

Juniper Rock Forest Wellness Retreat
Grateful to have been able to attend this beautiful retreat. I didn't realize I even needed to forest bath, the effects were felt in a new level of calmness and measurable (my heart beat 10 less BPM). The connection to the forest is something I will now foster, and was also greatful for yoga to compliment and help integrate my time in the forest. I will never be the same as this experience changed me as a person for the better. I had been avoiding forests because of the bugs but now realize the benefits out weight how many bites I got. ;-)

How blessed and lucky we were to have such a vital group of participants. Just loved everybody, and gained some new friends.I have been isolating for so long, and living within my self-created miasma of negative self-talk that I forgot that I am likeable, and people respond positively to me. What a surprise to rediscover this other self again. I came home a different person. There was so much growth through the activities and sharing circles that I would like to suggest a same time next year" reunion retreat. What does everyone think?"

Juniper Rock Forest Wellness Retreat
The retreat was an awesome experience. Great location and amazing people. Nature truly is healing. I am so grateful for the connections I made, both human and “more than human”. I would highly recommend attending.
