DHL Service Point

Worse courier company ever. I absolutely DREAD each time my online purchase is being shipped through DHL.Never ever have I had a smooth interaction with them. They are always messing something up and there is no way to contact anyone to help.Twice now I've paid for duties and taxes and they still hold my item saying they are awaiting payment...Plus, they never notify you when they need something from you to begin with so your package just sits in limbo.

It is vry bad experiences with dhl. We pay extra money to delivers my parcel today . But the delivery guy is said nobody at home. My all family members r there . Bad bad bad

Absolute nightmare dealing with DHL. Everything u can think of goes wrong. Worst customer service, they still are in covid times where they keep the phone lines open but on repeatable menus. Not to mention the TWICE hidden fees they drop on you MORNING of delivery, only to delay the delivery until next week. AMATEUR BUSINESS PRACTICES GO BACK TO THE DUMPSTER FIRE YOUR PARENTS CONCEIVED YOU AT.

I supposed to receive my package at 3:30 pm today . We all are at home and waiting but nobody came to deliver. I have received an email from DHL that courier was not able to deliver because nobody was at home. I tried to talk to the customer service but it is not connecting and they asked me that I have rescheduled it. Inconvenient, please double check and track your courier why they lie that nobody is at home.

I sell bags/ accessories through an app called Vestiaire. I use a fake name just to be on the safe side. I’ve never had issues with dropping off my packages before this visit (sold 16 items that were shipped through DHL). This was my second time at this location and isn’t my regular location. The staff member makes me open up the package which was strange because during my last visit they didn’t do any of that. Than asks me to check my ID and obviously the name didn’t match the one of the pre paid label issued through the selling app. I explained my circumstance and that it was actually me. I showed him my seller account and he wasn’t satisfied because apparently I could be impersonating “fake name” to sell their items. This didn’t really make sense because why would I use”fake name” on my seller account if I had stolen that item and was trying to sell it? I said I could show him the purchase receipt for the product which was under my real name and he still wouldn’t reconsider. What if I said I was just a family member dropping off the package? This is such a common situation, Would they not have accepted the package than? He asked me to get the name changed on the label which would have literally taken me days dealing with the customer service on the selling app. I was fed up and just decided to go to my local DHL and they literally looked at the prepaid label and said okay thanks you are good to go. If this was normal procedure why didn’t I have issues dropping off the other 15 items I’ve shipped through dhl? Wasted my time.

Been waiting on a package since the 8th. Can't even contact them. I contacted the seller and asked and they had shipped it awhile back. They checked with DHL and DHL said the package had just arrived which was stated to be on the 13th. I have a screenshot of my package being at the Surrey location since the 8th. What the hell.

There was one guy on the front counter and seemed to be busy with his cell phone. After a wait he asked me how he could help and I handed him my package I wanted to send to India. He gave the package back to me and asked me to open it as he wanted to see what kind of documents were in there. I asked him if there was any restrictions on sending documents through DHL but he insisted I need to check them. I did as asked and then he returned the package saying I didn’t have a business account with DHL, so I couldn’t use their service.Afterwards I went to another DHL location in Surrey on 96 & 128 and the package was accepted by them.Please never go to DHL inside Central City Mall, Surrey. The staff don’t want to do business with you.

They said my address was wrong so they didn’t have to deliver it the day it was supposed to be delivered. My address was 100% correct. Lazy company. Do your business elsewhere. They are garbage.

Never use DHL. They opened my packages twice now. They put my package on hold for no reason. I called and challenged it asking for a reason and no one could provide me with one and told me after the long weekend they would let me know. I said NO, not ok. Box came opened, they took off the tissue on my zippers (should’ve been protected like jacket) and price tag of my ski pants (I tied it back on in pic) and did who knows what with it. Then it was repacked. Bunch I’m of shady people working there. DO NOT USE THEM AND IF YOU ARE GETTING A DELIVERY FROM THEM PLEASE KNOW THEY OPEN PACKAGES.
