Shipped car with them from Toronto to Calgary. Price was very reasonable and the cheapest i could found. Drop-off was quick and hassle free. Transit took almost a week and was much better than i expected. Driver was very good providing regular updates on mobile for the location of truck and delivery. 10/10. No complaints at all. I approached Shawn in-person to ship my Vehicle from Edmonton to Toronto, they are very professional and I got the most competitive rates from them. They were very transparent in all the communication and very responsive. I received my car safely and without any damage. I would like to thank Shawn for the support he gave me during the entire process. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to them!

I’m not one to write reviews but when it’s involving over thousands of dollars, I don’t want anyone to go through what I had through and be treated so poorly by this company - specifically talking about Shawn and Kameron.Shawn and Kameron wouldn't answer my questions directly, in person and one the phone were very vague and next to no communication over email. I was told by Kameron that I needed to pay upfront the amount I was quoted in order to have spot on the truck for Aug. 23rd to leave from their Mississauga, ON location.I had to leave my car with family since the shipping date was long after I left the province. I was instructed to have my family bring the car to the location where they met Shawn and he told my family members that the car was leaving on August 23rd.After sending emails to Kameron confirming if the car had left (with no response) I ended up calling the location on the 24th, Shawn mentioned the car was still there at the lot and couldn’t explain to me why it didn’t leave the lot with all the other cars that were scheduled to leave as well. He said that Kameron has sick for a couple days and hasn’t come in as yet and that’s why he didn’t respond to me. He repeated he not sure how my car was not on the truck (take in my car was the only one left on the lot). So I then asked when is the next truck leaving and Shawn said it would be the Friday, Aug. 27 and I asked for confirmation via email that it was definitely leaving that day and getting to Regina on Aug 30th. (Never ended up getting a email confirmation after multiple emails to both Kameron and Shawn) My family members ended up going right after I called and went to the location to find out that Kameron was working in the back and we caught Shawn in a lie.As the days went by I kept calling and emailing to get an email confirmation that the car was leaving and the account was the only one picking up my calls and said no one was in the office. My family members when done to the location almost everyday to get a hold of Shawn, waited hours to not even talk to Shawn even though he was there.So on the 27th, 28th and 29th of Aug my family members went each day to check the lot and my car was still there.On Monday August 30th my family members went in person and demanded an explanation from Shawn on why the car hasn’t been picked up twice now. Shawn ended up saying the car will for sure leave on the 30th which it ended up leaving the 30th evening.Shawn and Kameron don’t care about customer service and continually talk down to people. Once they receive your payment, they don’t want any paper trail and rather talk in person or over the phone so they don’t have any proof that they committed to anything. Personally, looking back I would rather just pay a couple hundred dollars more and gone to a bigger company that are more reliable and don’t talk down to their customers.

I researched several companies for shipping my car and decided to go with performance auto carrier and that was the best choice I made. good people, very organised and very responsive. I called them several times for asking questions and collecting details and every single time they picked up and answered my questions professionally. If I got voice mail, I got a call back later. got my car ontime without a problem. Such a smooth process. I was in the loop during the whole process and was informed when the car was shipped. Definitely recommend performance auto carrier for shipping cars.

Sean the owner was good and helpful. He was ready to help tow the vehicle to the mechanic workshop for free but my car required a special towing vehicle. They brought my car from Alberta on time and would always update me. Great services.

They picked my car up on a very last minute notice in kawartha lakes ON after struggling to get a reliable shipping service, they were able to get it to calgary AB for me within a week!! Couldn’t thank these guys enough. Great service and kept in touch along the way. Received my car with no issues.

ZERO SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY. booked this company to ship my car, they took awful time. One full month they took to ship my car. I lost my job offer and I needed my car for that. And, they said car will be deliver in 10-12 days at the time payment. However I was prepared for another week delay because of weather or other issues but when they started saying different reasons after every 3-4 days, I started worrying and did not able to rely on them. They were not replying their emails. They only replied until they got their money. Near holidays main guy told me it will be deliver on weekend. I waited and called him on Xmas day, they only source I have, however, He refused to tell me anything about my car or when it will be deliver. He did not felt responsibility to update me that car will be delay for another 5-6 days. I had call him and ask. I started calling him almost everyday after 22 days, Few times he got upset when I called him. If they told me I might have to wait for month, I wouldn’t be mad but when you said it will 10-12 days and another week, new excuse every 3-4 days, it’s frustrating. So, think before you choosing them, not a good experience. Very disappointed and had a bad Xmas and new year.

They are professional and know what they are doing, I recently used their service to ship a car from Toronto to Calgary and I’m extremely happy with the excellent customer service they provided.
