Bowness Park Public Boat Launch
This is a fairly good but rough boat launch for canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards. Its main advantage is that it gives direct access to the rock groynes where you can practice eddy turns.There is a better boat launch across the river just west of Baker Park, which is a formal boat ramp. Fishing boats can also launch there.

Bowness Park Public Boat Launch
It is a good spot but there is no actual launching infrastructure! Depending on the size of the boat it can be challenging to pass through the trees and put it on the water. It is doable but an actual launching platform would be great there!
