I'm with Wincon for past 2 years. I'm thankful to them for giving me an opportunity to start my work journey with them and its also a great company to start your experience with. Personally, I have seen growth in myself by working with the company. I have noticed changes in myself in terms of communication, interpersonal, professionalism and security related skills which is all due to the opportunity provided to me by Wincon Management. Management is always helpful and listens to site concerns with providing solutions as well.The scheduling department is also helpful with providing me part time and full time schedules as requested.Overall, a great company to work with to sharpen your skills.

Best place to work, Jason and Lovepreet doing such a great job.They always help me while I am on site and schedule me according to my availability.Such as positive working environment.

I felt very good yesterday. They way of talking of receptionist and the my recruiter was fabulous as they were so polite and had completed all their duties properly and uniformly. They explained me very easily how i need to dress up and what i need to buy. Their customer service was fabulous. In terms of rating I would rate them 5/5.Love the way of dealing.

I have worked with Wincon Security for 4 years now and had a wonderful experience growing with the company.The Management team and the Support Staff are the best and always have your back. Wincon is FAMILY, so when I see someone make a comment about scheduling coordinator Lisa in the reviews... Please understand her job is very difficult and needs to be strict at times.A great company always starts from the top down, if I had to choose 3 stars -#1 Winston - Owner, committed and passionate leader!!#2 Ryadh - Operation Manager, the Man!!#3 Lisa - Scheduling Coordinator, the heart of the company!!

The Management has gone under a big change. New changes are being implemented into the system which is bringing with harmony between employees and management.Voices are being heard, little issues are being taken care of orderly and timely fashion.Core values are being uplifted and a sense of responsibility and onus are being taken upon.

Worked with this company for quite sometimes and very glad I'm no longer an employee.1. Management is unprofessional and extremely rude.2. Scheduling department is horrendous.3. They pay you peanuts and expect you to do too much work.4. These irrational people are so desperate for review ratings that they make em up. No kidding. Look at the names.Bottom line is don't join this company. These people don't deserve your good service. Do yourself a favor and boycott wincon security. You'll work like a pack mule and regret ever joining looool.

It’s better to stay unemployed rather than working with Wincon security and ruining our mental health. This company not even worth to take 1 star.

I have worked for Wincon for four years and have had great learning and growth opportunities, working at multiple locations and positions.As a company that specializes is service they know how to treat their clients and staff with respect that is earned.Wincon has a terrific support team that backs their staff. This company does not even deserve 1 star. They don’t care about their employees n clients. Please don’t give this totally unprofessional company any work and do not even think about to work for them. They do not care about government rules. Totally worthless and they exploit international students.I have worked for them so I can tell. When I reach on the site then only they inform me that shift got cancelled and after doing that after making me travel 1.5 hour in early morning In winter they cancel shift and don’t even pay me minimum 4 hours pay set up by government. After 2 years of experience they only increase the pay by 0.05 cents.No wonder how this company is losing all their clients.
