Came for my sons hockey tournament few weeks ago. Good seating and view. Concession stand over priced and long lineups . Fries so salty and only one worker , parking was often hard to find . Was full fast , parking lot is pretty small. Washrooms in arena old and need major updating .

Low rating for concerts only. The sound was TERRIBLE for the Trooper Concert. At times we couldn't even recognize the song being played and could not hear any words at all. It also took over an hour standing in line to get a beer and then it was warm. Not nearly enough staff or supplies and a slow process of pouring in glasses while 100 people waited. (Why??) They need to work on this they expect people to come to future concerts here.

Great arena and very clean but with covid you only get in 15 minutes before your event that’s not a bad time but maybe 30 is better

Loved coming to our first Warriors game! Parking was easy/free, you can't get lost inside, and seats are close to the ice. Only giving a 4 star due to the insane beer/cider prices (ciders at $12.50 incl tax). Even more expensive than Prospera in Kelowna. Otherwise, awesome!

Definitely check out the concession. Burgers are amazing. The cook that was working today deserves a 5-star for his pride in his work. He came to check on us to ensure we were enjoying our meal. Lucky to get that kind of service at a restaurant

Went to the first game of the season. Great game! However forms of payment at all concessions were debit/credit Tap Only. NO CASH. I went to purchase a bottle of water and food. All I had was cash on me. The employee said “we don’t except cash”. That is unacceptable as a business. Cash is a form of payment. You lost my purchase that night of me buying anything cause all you had was computer/IPad screens to take orders and a small white box attached to pay through Tap payments. Some people don’t have Tap set up on there cards. Some people don’t even have debit/credit cards. That is where cash comes in. You have taken that away and is unacceptable. Since I had no way to pay I asked the employee for a cup of ice water, they said “no, we can’t serve tap water due to the water advisory in place, you will have to purchase and bottled water” My point is, I can’t purchase anything in the first place cause all I have is cash and you don’t except cash. This is the only place I’ve visited that has done this. Unacceptable.
