Great service. Very honest and was super fast to respond! Had my fridge go out on Sunday and the technician was there first thing Monday morning and had it running in 10 minutes. Highly recommend!

I’ve had many repair men over the years although never seen such a hard worker… his name was Boris, he just kept on trying.He was here for 3 hours and in the end fixed it. Something wrong with motor with loud noises, he took it apart completely and adjusted everything. Working now.I was the happiest customer , and reasonably priced!!!!Will never use any other company.

Since this was my first issue with a washer ever, I had done a Google search unsure of whom I should use. In terms of ease of use in the website it was straightforward, got a text from someone at what I presume was HQ, whom you can also communicate and ask questions to via text which they answer in a friendly and professional manner. My appointment was supposed to be in the afternoon but the repair guy had called me to tell me he'd be earlier and if it was ok, since I was home it wasn't an issue. When he showed up he spoke both English and French very fluently and no issue whatsoever in terms of communication, I showed him the issue and he was able to identify and fix with ease, he was very knowledgeable as well. After 15 minutes he fixed the issue was able to pay either debit/credit easily via mobile transaction and that was it! Price seemed a bit steeper than I wanted for a door repair but quality of everything it felt worth it in total. I'd highly recommend for the ease of use, strong service and while price is a bit steep after taxes its easily overlooked for the timely and quality of repair and service.

I had an amazing experience! The repairman was here within 3hours of my sending a message through their website, the repairman took the time to explain the issue and made extra verifications to make sure there wasn't another underlying problem. Price was as expected, no surprises. I strongly recommend them!

I'm very happy with my experience dealing with VM Service Tech. Dispatcher booked an appointment during the weekend and called a few times on booked date make sure we are at home and available for technician arrival. When I opened the door and saw technician with a big smile, it gave me a confidence my washing machine will be fixed. Outstanding and professional customer service with a good sense of humor. After calling several paces to have someone come and fix my dryer, I had the good fortune to call Flash Repair" two days later a young man showed up and in an hour and fifteen minutes the dryer was repaired. Geat value and professional service.I highly recommend them for any repairs"
