Cleanr Property Maintenance

I have used Cleanr for a variety of services throughout the last 5-6 years since my property was built. They are very reliable and dependable; seems like always on time (or they will notify you). Real professional in their approach. I'll resort to them this year for grass cutting, seeing that I have various injuries impacting my ability to mow. Sometimes, it is better to use the service than have an abundance of deteriorating injuries. They appear to be very busy, and most likely a testament to their professional services. I would recommend Cleanr Property Maintenance to all that are looking for any type of services!

We are happy with the outcome and appreciate the above and beyond customer service. Thank you!I was relieved to have a service provider lawn care as I recently suffered an injury. Unfortunately, after they came back for a second time we still ended up having to re rake 1/4 of the lawn which was not great.

Communication with Meagan is top notch & very professional. My only constructive feedback to offer (which I've provided to Meagan) is I would prefer a quicker response to the snow falling & being cleared. Overall a very good company to have for your snow removal needs.

Crew did a job job, removed all debris, on schedule and professional. Working with office staff was easy, they answered all questions, were patient and were willing to work with us. We are returning customers because they did a good job.

When I moved to Winnipeg, I needed a snow removal and lawn service. My neighbour used Cleanr Property and recommended them to me. The service for snow removal has been great. Last year, with all the snow Winnipeg had, my walkways and driveway were cleared quickly. This year, walkways and driveways are done in a quick and timely manner. The extra snow removal came in handy and they were able to clear out all the extra snow that had accumulated and made it easier to take the refuse to the curb. I also use them for lawncare and keeping the yard looking well maintained. A great service and would recommend them.

This year is my first year trying out Cleanr's service. I have been a customer for exactly one month and I can say with complete confidence that I will be a customer for life. I am already looking forward to how my yard will look in the spring/summer/fall with their lawn care. I will definitely be switching to use their services. Last year and the year prior, we struggled finding a company that could keep up with our weather conditions. I was very nervous about the coming year, but I am not anymore. They are extremely professional. They provide email updates, advising of when teams will be mobile. They are highly responsive to emails or calls. They do an AMAZING job!! I've even had delivery drivers marvel and remark at how great the snow removal is and if anyone would be an expert on that, it would be these professionals. I am so grateful that I found them and so very happy that my property is clean and safe for others. You will NOT be disappointed - I promise.

Heck of a job making initial visit right as it was not that great the wife said. Came back twice!!Spoke with the production manager onsite and he indicated some of their equipments were not working properly the last few days so here for the second time to make sure the job is done right. Really appreciate the honesty.Definitely will call them again.

Service has been great. Shovelling is promptly done. They send emails so we know when they’re coming. Driveway is cleared right to the edges, which is important because we have a narrow driveway. Plus, they’re quick to respond to any questions I have. Definitely recommend this company.

CleanR did a fantastic job of lawn mowing and front yard maintenance. I've not been able to do the work myself due to chronic illness, and after a disappointing experience with another company my lawn was way overdue for it's first mow of the year. The team came in and worked on the lawn quickly and easily, I'm impressed with how even they were able to get the lawn considering what a mess it was. The admin staff has been very responsive to my questions. Much appreciated!
