The level of unprofessionalism is astonishing. One issue after another but unfortunately I’m stuck here for at least five years since they had the best mortgage rate my broker could find at the time. Just a taste of what I’ve been dealing with would include a privacy breach with completely incorrect personal information on mine and my husbands mortgage forms. Incorrect payment frequency and start date on forms after a very clear phone discussion. A savings account that was opened two and half weeks ago but still has yet to be activated due to waiting for ID verification (?) even though it was done, and all papers signed with lawyers on the March 7th. Not to mention no one has contacted us to let us know we’re waiting on ID verification, I found out by accident on my THIRD hotline call trying to get online banking set up. The first person telling me they’d call me back in 10 minutes (it’s now been 1.5 weeks, no call), the second person telling me I could not use online banking without a debit card (which is incorrect…you can set it up with just a username), and the third personal who was finally helpful setting me up. I have never been so frustrated with a business, and one that takes no accountability whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

The closest bank to me tried multiple times to just open new business account and always a huge hassle. Takes over 15 minutes just to take a phone call to set up an appointment.Way easier elsewhere.

The absolute best place to bank. You're not just a number and you're not treated any differently by what you have for a bank balance. We have been with Legacy for over 20 years and I wouldn't change banks for anything. The staff are all friendly and helpful. And a real person answers the phone OMG, a real person!!!

Have belonged to the original Credit Union since 1967( Firefighters Union ) have seen lots of changes but have always found the staff very helpful and friendly Cheers Ron keep up the good work.
