Dr. Laura Williams is THE BEST OF THE BEST. Period.I met her with 6 days until surgery, she and her staff accommodated my impossible situation with such love, grace and support.She was beyond kind, friendly and was a life saver. She is funny, and knows how to keep you positive when everything is going south. I could not have asked for a better surgeon. She kept me calm during the surgery, and did a PHENOMENAL mind-blowing job. I have no scar 2 months later and the pain was gone after a week. There are no words for how thankful, and blessed we were to have her. She's a superhero in scrubs.

Dr Sidana is really good to me. I have consulted her in my 5th month of pregnancy. She took required care by giving time to time suggestions and time to time monitoring. Whole team of Dr Sidana are really responsible towards me by giving me required information immediately and that care is appreciated.

Dr. Cathy Cowal .The Lady at the front Desk was polite. Dr. Cathy is so far the worst doctor experience I can recall my whole life, sarcastic, judgmental, angry, she feels entitle. I am guessing she dislike her profession,, so she makes the patients pay for it. She said Why do they send you here?" angry

Everyone in the newborn/baby ward, is incredible. From Mary-Anne, to Linda, all of the people that sadly, I cannot remember names of. What an incredible experience, this being our first child. I cannot commend the staff enough, for their work ethic, dedication, persistence, and compassion. When I thought things were rough, there were 7 people in the room, all doing different things, and the truth is, everything was way more than under control. We will never forget the staff who was with us for our first child birth.

I was referred to Dr. Ferguson here and only went to one appointment because I could hardly stand how rude her staff was. My family works in healthcare, so I knew from day one that this place was different. How they handled the transferring of my reports to another doctor was the most frustrating few exchanges I have ever had with a doctor's office. They were condescending every time and only made my situation worse. At my first visit when I pointed out to the receptionist that they had spelled my address incorrectly, she was immediately cold, roughly handed my files back to me, and could barely look me in the eye. After that, my life situation drastically changed and I needed them to fax my reports to my new OB in America. I explained this over email to them and did not receive a response until days and days later - this was a phone call in which the receptionist (a different one I assume) proceeded to talk over me many times. I got the sense she was being passive aggressive about me leaving. After many phone calls to make sure my reports got faxed to the right place, my doctor in the US tells me that the blood results were so blurry she could not read them, my ultrasound results were nowhere to be found, and that they did not include ANY of the important information she needed. I ended up getting all the reports from my GP's office who did it all with no complaints or issues. I have never, ever expected to be treated this way from people who barely know me. I get that they were mad I was leaving, but how they handled this speaks volumes. I have nothing good or bad to say about Dr. Ferguson because I was only in contact with her for a few minutes, but her staff is by far the worst I have ever encountered.

Dr. Akash Patel's staff were extremely polite and professional.Paying for the parking was another matter altogether! The ticket paying machine only accepts credit cards and cash(NO DEBIT CARDS). The ATM in the pharmacy was not working either so had to walk across to Mississauga hospital emergency and beg the security to let me in so I can take out cash from an ATM inside which knew was there.Urge the management of these two buildings 89 and 101 Queensway West to either have their parking machines updated to accept debit cards or have atleast another ATM machine installed at the premises!

If I could give 0 stars I would! I waited 6 months for this appointment to see Dr. Dalia Al-Eshry and when today came i left work early, drove all the way to the medical centre, parked my car and paid for parking only to find out that they sent out an email (NOT PHONE CALL) last minute that they switched the meeting over zoom!!! I made peace with that, and opened the zoom call...and the person who was on the other end said she was not the specialist (NOT Dr. Dalia) and she was filling in for her....need i say more? I waited 6 months to see a specialist to help me and in the end i didnt see her and I got the same response that my family physician gave me!!! Why am i waiting this long? Whats the point and when will Canadian healthcare professionals respect their patients and actually give them the time of day and TRY to treat them?!!!!! DISAPPOINTED

I am from Brampton but during my pregnancy I requested for a female OBGYN doc and was referred to Dr Katie Mcclean here In Mississauga. I have since delivered and just had my 6 weeks post partum check up. I will say that I have a great experience with Dr Mcclean throughout my pregnancy till post partum. She is always helpful in making me feel at ease with my concerns and ever so patient which really helped as a first time mother. The clinic is also clean and pleasant. The technician Ikhlas that takes our blood pressure and weight is a sweetheart as well. There is only a slight issue over appointment dates as it is hard to get a date you want but its understandable considering that doc is on call in the hospital on other days.

5 stars isn't enough for Dr Newell. She is the absolute best! It's thanks to her I got the surgery I have wanted for many years. She walked me threw it, with such compassion. She made me feel calm when I was internally freaking out. I would refer her to literally anyone looking for an obgyn. She made sure i was making informed decisions, and decisions that would benefit me most. She put my needs first - which is hard to find in a doctor lately, sadly and unfortunately. She has gained my full respect and I hope this gets passed along to her ❤️

Dr. Stein's secretary Louise is incredibly rude and aggressive. She repeatedly spoke over me while I was trying to arrange my first appointment. I ended up cancelling my appointment before even meeting with Dr. Stein. I would never attend this practice for this reason. I'm shocked at the level of customer service and would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
