Dan did an excellent job, friendly on time and professional

Absolutely poor quality service. Would never go with them again. The guy uses his phone camera to look through the vents for God's sake. He also damaged one my vents permanently and refused to own up to his mess-up.

I made a huge mistake by not reading the reviews on this company first before I purchased the Groupon voucher. As the other say stay far away from this company do not use them!! DAN ( the owner) and said he wasnt is also a liar, canceled my voucher not offering to give me the money back because my father passed away and I gave him less than 24 hour notice cancellation. It's incredibly disgusting of the company and he was incredibly rude and mean when trying to discuss this with him. He even hung up on me when I was saying for him to review our work text messages back and forth where he Express Sympathy for the loss of my father and not saying at all that he will cancel the voucher. I just lost almost $200 so he could pocket the money. Stay away from people and companies who are like this they are strictly about themselves and how they can rip off people. shame on this company

One star bec I believe he did a decent job BUT the Interac transfer wouldn't work with the company name (from RBC) and he made me drive to the bank machine while following me because he COULDN'T take cheques! Their website specifically states that they take cheques!Having to pay the additional $155 after the Living Social deal for $79 wasn't what I expected when he said the tax and additional vents would cost a bit more but not unreasonable - but it unreasonable to expect someone to have that kind of cash laying around.I didn't get a receipt and I don't even want to complain on their website because it is obviously a 1 man operation who pulls this kind of crap all the time. He didn't even present his before and after pics to me like he said he would.You are better off finding someone more reputable because it will cost about the same as this online deal.Now I have to vacuum up all the crap he left behind.

Excellent service by Dan. Patiently cleaned the dryer vent as well even though it had an old nest. Would recommend to anyone.

Worst service ever. Dan was not only rude and unprofessional but he also hung up on me. He was 45 minutes late and when I called him to see where he was he tries to manipulate me into rescheduling cause there's so much traffic. So basically he wasn't coming. I was so annoyed by this and while I'm speaking with him he says I'm cancelling your appointment, goodbye and hangs up. I've never been treated like this by anyone. Groupon should watch out with bad companies like this and not sell them to paying customers. Stay far away from this company.

Used Dan about 4-5 years ago and was very satisfied with his work. He also did the insulation in the attic with the rebate from the govt we got.No problem here.

Absolute scam. He damaged my furnace with his negligence. Did not have a camera as he had stated and instead used his phone camera to look through! Refused to perform any work before getting all his money upfront. Rushed through the job in 10 minutes even though I had over 20 ducts in my house. Do not even consider. If there was a lower star rating than 1 I would have chosen that.

Very disappointed after purchasing a voucher on Groupon. Tried to call to book an appointment three times ( every 4 days) yet Dan didnt even return my calls. Clearly he wasn't interested in my business or honoring the voucher I purchased. Contacted Groupon to refund my money. I would never recommend Home Seal to any of my friends or family.

No show for the first Appointment, 2nd Appointment was 45 minutes late. After wasting almost an hour of my time again he wastes even more time by refusing to start work until paid in full after being there for over 20 minutes setting up, instead of telling me this before hand. At this point I was tempted to let him walk away but I needed the work done and I was in a time crunch and did not want to wait so I ran out to the bank.Work was mediocre at best, 1/2 the filters for my restaurant did not come very clean, not only that but I was told an hour and he was there for 2 & 1/2.Guy was not arrogant in any way, but definitely won't be calling them back next month. This company is also featured on Home Stars and I wish I had checked them out before hand as there are a ton of reviews giving them a whopping 3/10 *Told me they would email me a receipt, and no receipt yet, but that seems to be a common theme based on the reviews
