Miss Calgary Howick has awful service. Ordered 2 pizzas a couple weeks ago from a friend's place. They took 30min to deliver and only delivered 1 pizza. We had to wait amother 30min for our second pizza. I just ordered from my house. It took the driver 1hr & 20min to show up. He got lost, blamed his gps, the girl who took the order also got the wrong house number. The food was cold when it was delivered. I called to complain and got hun up on. I called back, told them what happened and was put on hold for 20min. They finally came back, then put me on hold for another 15min until I got fed up and hung up. I will NEVER order from here again due to such poor service.

I thought I called the wrong place at first; the person answering the phone today spoke neither French nor English and screwed up my order asking me twice if I wanted to speak to “Louis”. They did not understand what “sauce à part” meant nor “frites”. It’s really unfortunate because we love the place, but communication is key. Maybe consider offering this person another position in the establishment and put someone who understands on the phones. Thank you!!
