Excellent customer service provided by Jordan ( I think that’s what I read on the tag). He checked for what I wanted and ordered it for me since they didn’t have it on hand. Guys like him make your day. Keep up the great work. Will definitely be returning.

They seem to be a group of honest mechanics not trying to do work that isnt needed and got my work done cheaper than what they had originally quoted me for just about half the price infact!

I visited Napa Auto parts last weekend and honestly for the first time had such a good experience taking my car to the mechanics. I’m sure other women can relate that sometimes they feel like they get taken advantage of with upgrade this, you have to filter this, you need to change this ect but that’s not the case at this Napa Auto parts location. I know I got a great deal considering the work that needed to be done on my car. I would definitely recommend them and big shout out to Dan I will definitely be using their services again!!

Fantastic service provided over the phone. I called enquiring about a part they had offered online, unfortunately it was not actually available. Instead of sending me on my way the gentleman on the other line searched up several websites he trusts and advised me to check out “rock auto” to order my part as no where in Canada seemed to have it. Website he recommended was great, very affordable and part arrived within 4 days. Really appreciate the patience and dedication Napa shows their customers, will definitely be shopping there first for all my future car parts
