Andrew is respectful, timely, knowledgeable, has a good understanding of basic current code requirements needed to be incorporated to obtain permits, and his pricing is fair. He drafted permit-ready plans for a detached garage and custom house with attached garage for us, and we are very pleased with both results. We would definitely use his services again in future.
