They did an excellent and efficient job helping us move. All our furniture was moved with the utmost care. I would definitely recommend them and will hire them again in the future.

a day before the move I was told they would bring a 20ft u-haul instead of the big truck but they still charged me the same rate. I had to make 7 additional trips to get my stuff as they brought a smaller truck. Also they damaged my furnitures and took over 11 hours for the move. One of the movers was very professional. Would strongly recommend to stay away after this experience.

Star was referred to us as reliable and economic movers. We had a small move and short distance. Star met our expectations.

Hired Star Moving and the movers broke my BBQ door and 2 of the legs so the BBQ is completely unusable. Upon discovering the damage, I contacted the company, was told to send him pictures of the damage which I did and never heard back. 1 week later I called again to follow-up, and he told me he is not responsible for the damage because I didn't find it right away - but I did send the pictures over a week ago... and then tells me to wait another week! Also damaged my porch set - cracked the entire bottom of it so it's completely broken as well. More annoyed at the BBQ and the fact that they never followed-up with me after pictures where taken and sent to him. I was willing to compromise and just ask for the replacement cost of the wheels which is minimal, but instead, he decided to hang up on me.I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB.Don't use these guys if you value your belongings.

My friend recommended me this moving service and I am glad that we hired them to help us with our moving. Mr Singh is very professional and easy to get hold of. We had to make changes to our moving schedule and Mr Singh made the necessary changes as requested by us. The guys were on time and worked really hard. No damage to our belongings or property.
