The ATM is inside and not accessible unless the bank is open. Really stupid since they want you to use TD machines and charge you when you use others.TD makes enough money to put an exterior ATM on the building.

This used to be my bank, I switched to Scotia 7 years ago but still have a credit card with TD. My new card got lost in the mail so customer service sent a new one to this branch for me. They were supposed to call and never did. After 2 weeks of waiting and trying to call I just went down and my card was there they said they didn't have a phone number... but it was a hassle to get it because I don't have any other account there. There was 1 teller open and no one at the help desk at 2pm. I didn't find the Teller to be very friendly either.

One of the best TD's I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They have helped me to understand investments much better. For every day banking, definitely a good go to. Please be respectful at this location, mainly due to it being in the heart of Belleville and there is many different ethnics and beliefs that come through here. Quick information for those who are willing to learn some entrepreneur skills. Ask for more other information if lost, they are happy to help.

Went in to change my name as I am non binary. Customer service wasn't helpful at all. Said I had to go by my legal name and couldn't change it. What if I was transitioning and had a woman's name? I went to the other brand and they helped me right away and got everything changed. Not lgbt+ friendly here at all. Just go to the other branch. TD as a company raves about being lgbt+ friendly and then we experience things like this at a branch.

Worst bank I've ever dealt with, they close at 4:30 and you have no access to an ATM machine after they close. My advice Is use the bank On North front and college st Or do what I'm doing and switch to Scotia bank They seem to have A lot more ATM machines available.

Absolute worst customer service with an exceptionally rude and unhelpful manager. I am currently out of country so I had my father attend the appointment to facilitate a FaceTime call. After being told by another location manager that I could withdraw money from an investment account in this manner, this branch's manager blatantly refused to assist me and said I would not be able to access my money unless I come back to Canada to collect it. Many irrelevant excuses were used and policies" were referenced
