GOAT Angling Adventures

My family went out today with GOAT Angling Adventures and had the best time. Mike was an awesome guide who made sure we all felt comfortable. He was patient and kind with us (we are beginners). My kids age 5 and 7 had the best day of their lives, we caught about 10 fish total. We learned a lot of great tips and feel like the passion for fishing in our family has just begun.

Went out on the Goat boat for a fantastic day of Angling,must have caught 8 small & around 3 or 4 large mouth Bass on Pigeon Lake.Best Bass fishing I've ever done,thanks to Mike who is a great host & fisherman.Would definitely do it again.

Michael, let me start by saying that you have such a great passion for fishing and you want your guests to really have an unforgettable day on the water with you. What an amazing bass fishing day on Balsam Lake, best fishing guide to date on the Kawaratha Lakes. From the moment I boarded your Ranger Bass boat at the Balsam Lake boat launch I knew I had chosen a real professional angler. The entire day was a great learning experience: learning techniques on lure presentation, choosing lures that really get those bass excited, teaching me how to read lake structure that holds those big guys. Catching and releasing smallies that exceeded four pounds was incredible. Michael thank you so much, looking forward to fishing with you again very soon.

Amazing experience! My boyfriend and I went out for the day with Mike and it was definitely worth the trip. Mike is a fantastic host and is extremely knowledgeable. I’m not a very confident fisherwoman and he taught me so much in a short period of time. We have plans to book with him again and recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a memorable trip!

This past Sunday my 3 kids(11,8 & 3) and I went out for a day of fishing with Mike. I was so impressed with the entire experience. The equipment is all provided and is top quality, the boat is really clean and nice. Mike was so great with the kids. He took the time to help reach them and give them pointers throughout the day. He was so much fun to spend time with and the kids thought he was so funny. The girls had so much fun and Mike cheered and encouraged them each time. Mike was so knowledgeable and friendly and he would be a great guide for experienced and beginners. We had a really great day and there were lots of great memories created that day. My kids are already asking to go again so this was our first trip with Goat Angling adventures but it definitely won’t be our last. Thank you for an amazing day Mike!!

Had a good morning fishing he put me on fish one over 20 lbs !
