Bolts Plus Guelph

I've been a drummer over half my life. So when I had hardware issues that I couldn't figure out on my own, I walked into Bolts Plus with my tail between my legs. The service was incredible, the employees were friendly and I left there with a smile on my face! 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend for any drummer with hardware issues.

5 star service from Jack. He couldn't answer a tricky inquiry I had immediately, toke his time and gave me a call an hour later with a solution, product recommendation and price to boot. Couldn't be happier.

This is my go-to place for specialty nuts and bolts that are not available in HD or other big box hardware stores. They've always been able to get me the hardware I need. The service is fast and friendly. Keep up great work!

Dont let the name fool you. This store everything obscure in small hardware and sells it by the single piece. They also carry a great supply of construction and safety tools and items. Plus every time I have been there, they go out of their way to help. They actually just fixed something for me at a grand cost of $0.28.Instead of going to the big box stores, go here. Yu probably won't need to go anywhere else

If the staff are not going to help please please just price your products. Dont tell me that you have too many items to price. Grocery stores have figured it out. Who wants to go to the counter each and every time just to get a price.Not really open to the public.Looks like a great store with lots of products I could use.

Sorry but I had such high hopes for this store. I believe it set up more for contractors or industry and not really to the public. I went in today to purchase some products. First problem is not one single product was priced and then walking around the store it seemed like I was invisible. Three people behind the counter, two men and one woman. All too busy to ask if I could use some help. I may not be the biggest customer to walk through their door but between the farm, motorcycle repair shop and other repairs I do spend a fair bit on hardware and tools.Advice, take it or leave it but remove the sign “Open to the Public”. Just a little misleading.Too bad because it looked like a great place to shop. Jim

This store is absolutely top notch, the manager Glenn is highly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He has helped me track down numerous hard to source small order parts for mechanical and motorcycle applications, including suggetions for alternate solutions that I wouldn't have known about. Cannot recommend this shop enough, I have been going there for a decade and will not shop anywhere else!

Some of you in Guelph will recall Stan's Plumbing, they had everything you needed and the best staff that knew what you needed , often better then you did. Well this place is the Stan's Plumbing of fasteners and safety Supplies. What a great place, the staff knows the products and are all very Helpful, thank you Glen Weiler and all the staff.Any Chance you guys are going to start carrying plumbing parts??

Came in looking for a replacement part for a dated sliding closet door top bracket. Bolts Plus whipped up a solution for me in a matter of minutes. I was so impressed by their know how and will 100% return again for other projects.

Great place, always enjoy working with them for the small things I need for my projects. This time around, Adam was very helpful in getting me the nuts I need, over the phone, email and in person. what I was looking for is very odd so i'm glad someone could help out with an alternative. definitely recommend this store.
