Detroit Airport Limo & Transportation
Called and double checked that we would have a pickup at 3am. Confirmed with company. 3am came around, no show. Called the company and had to ask where driver was, they said there was some kind of a mixup between drivers. New driver called and said 10-15 min away, 25 minutes later and still not here. Terrible, terrible, terrible. When you have a flight to catch the last thing you should have to do is call and remind your car service twice to pick you up on time to make your 5am flight.

When we were getting married we checked with every limo service in Michigan area and we decided to use Detroit Airport Limo & Transportation. They had the best rates and the best selection of any other service and they were extremely courteous. We checked for complaints and found nothing of significance. We booked three limos for our wedding.I used it and again loved it... Excellent.

Due to my late flight, I was little worried that whether the driver will wait for me or not but I was surprised when I saw a gentle man standing with my name sign in his hand at the baggage claim area. I asked his for how much time he waited for me as my flight was late and he told me that they have a flight monitoring system so there was not problem for them if the flight gets late. Very professional service I would say.

I need to have my aunt transported from hospital in Canton to her home in Detroit. I booked a taxi from this company and it was very easy, got a confirmation by e-mail in few minutes. The driver was prompt, courteous and the car was great. Rates were very reasonable and service was reliable and professional. Highly Recommended.
