Well, one of the most responsive branches for payouts I've had to deal with, and the client we work with banks there and likes it as well. That's enough for 5 stars from me.

All my favorite long time staff have either retired or quit. Lots of turnover of new staff. Sometimes they harass you in the teller lineup which is totally insulting and rude. I know why Im in the lineup. Its none of your business why. No I don't want to use the instant tellar machine and if I did, I wouldn't be in the lineup.

Bounced from person to person. No one wants to take care of my mortgage. Salaried guy in the branch can't be bothered to get back to you and when he does, he doesn't know onlythe answers; the mobile guy will help if he gets his commission, but he only gets commission off of new business. After getting tossed back and forth for almost a month, I found somewhere else to go. Wrote an email about my experience which was apparently shared with the branch manager, but he never reached out at all.These people could cost you a house. Stay far away from this branch.

Have been standing in line nearing on 30 minutes. Writing this review as I do so, 2 tellers open although many staff members present. Conversing. Unfortunately this seems to be a trend at this location.

I was given a bad check. The branch security questioned me and I explained the situation. I did not get any money from the check but they still black-balled my account. So I got my account suspended and interrogated because I was given a bad check. Fair warning... make sure any check you give them will clear or else.

On Jan 6th, 2018 I wanted to send $6,200 from my chequing account to South Africa. The young Teller told me that she had to send the money inUS currency. I agreed to that and gave her the information. She did not take the Canadian currency and convert it to see how many US dollars I could send, she simply sent $6.200 US which took a huge amount of money out of my account. I was very upset and she did not seem to think it was her fault at all. This is the second time in a few years that I have had a problem sending money to my family. There is a lack of training and no customer service.

There’s usually only one teller open when there’s a line up of 10 people. Staff seem unwilling to help. I can never get anything done at this bank.
