I live out of town and can’t get delivery so I have to pick up. Staff is friendly. Only improvement would be to make it more convenient to pick up water with a drive through type set up. I find the jugs very heavy and awkward to carry out 2 doors to my car.

I'm not a customer of Nimbus but I certainly have an issue with the way their drivers act. I am a Building Manager for an apartment complex in Regina and one of our tenants must order water from Nimbus. After their delivery today, they completely made a mess of our front lawn and tore it up which will probably cost us a good chunk of change to repair. I suggest you train your drivers to be more respectful of the property they are on.

I’ve never had any issues with the staff here whenever I pick up, they’re always really friendly! Plus it’s the best tasting water in Regina!

I have had nothing but issues with Nimbus Water for more than 8 months. I have never once received an invoice on time and correct, they refuse to honor the terms of their own contract, and I've spent hours on the phone with them every single month trying to correct my account with zero success and zero phone calls ever returned. They also refused to refund me my water bottle deposit when THEY picked up the cooler bottles, so don't count on ever seeing that money returned! Save yourself the headache and choose a different water company.

We've been with them for 20 years. Service dropped off last year do to a workers neglect behind his job. Our basement flooded do to a repair they did on the mac relight canister heads. System regenerated for 2 days. Had to shut it down. We live on a acreage and the septic system couldn't keep up. Believe there could have been something jammed in the sockets or what ever. They wont take responsibility for his actions. All they want is there money. We now after 50,000 repair cost to our basement and all the difficulties we have had to overcome during the renovation. Up until this, we haven't had an issue with them or the system. Love the water

Nimbus water tastes great.I have been using Nimbus delivery for years (18years) they are always reliable and friendly, excellent service to have. I also go pick up on my own sometimes if I am in the city and the staff is always great.It would be nice at pick up if the door system was easier.Would highly recommend Nimbus water to anyone

The delivery service by Ryan is to be admired. Our typical order consists of 16 bottles of which he brings in, stacks in our racking system, all with a smile and cordial demeanor...thank-you Mr. Ryan!!!

The office I work at in Regina Beach has received excellent service from Nimbus! The delivery technicians are courteous and friendly. Billing is always on time and accurate and the water tastes great!
