I called Windchill Heating and Cooling on a Sunday afternoon as I urgently needed to get my water tank swapped. Khurram was able to rearrange his schedule and come out the same day! He was able to explain what will be required to get the job done correctly and to adhere to code so there were no surprises (I had a finished basement so some ceiling drywall needed to be cut). It was a very clean installation and he cleaned up after the job. His rates are reasonable as well.

In late January, Windchill did an incredible job in upgrading my dead furnace. We have a newborn who was barely 1 month old at the time and within 30 hours of speaking to Khurram to the first time on the phone, we had a new furnace and humidifier installed by his team, and our dangerous ABS piping was replaced with PVC. Beyond his expediency, Khurram was cordial, friendly and honest in his approach. Furthermore, his pricing was over a thousand less than another quote I received and his cost of equipment rivaled cost pricing that I receive from a private buyer's club. He even helped me with my gas fireplace for nothing. You'd be crazy not to work with Khurram. If your need a reference, Khurram, lemme know.

I had a gas line to BBQ installed by Windchill H&C. It was a great experience and on a very short notice too. Khurram came to the house the same day I called to measure and provide a quote. The line was installed the next day. Very clean and professional install with great communication along the way. I would highly recommend Windchill.

Kay was awesome - he was punctual, his quote was great and his service was even better! Despite having a very old furnace (25+ years), Kay installed a humidifier for me in under an hour. After he left, I noticed my furnace, wasn't syncing with my thermostat. I called Kay around 7:30 p.m. that same day and despite living an hour away Kay came back to my house and fixed the problem that arose. I will be recommending him to friends and family. I contacted Windchill Heating & Cooling to install a central humidifier and an air quality UV system. Kay sent me a quote and recommended certain humidifier then booked an appointment to install.I normally don't give a 5 star rating unless the service provider goes above and beyond, Kay was extremely professional, very responsive and upfront.Simply put, phenomenal service and support!

I am a repeat customer. The first time was for my AC, the second time was for my furnace. On both occasions they were reliable, prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. In other words, very professional. Khurram Baig came right away tried to fix the furnace, wasn't worthwhile so he replaced it same day on a weekend! I would highly recommend him and I will be using him again. He is hardworking, came right away and within 24h of calling him we had heat again, he is very honest about his work for example there is a piece for our filter he couldn't intsall today so he made a 3 month quick fix just so we have heat and said he will come back in 3 months and fix for free, I will update this review in 3 months and confirm he is a man of his word.

Please beware, I would never recommend to anyone or hire Kay for anything again. I had purchased a Honeywell Humidifier and asked him to come in and install it ($175). He came in to install and said we need to move a gas pipe to be able to install the humidifier, we agreed upon 160 to move the pipe. When he said we needed to move the pipe he said he would place a tag to show when he made the change and his HVAC certification number. I agreed to pay him $335 to move the gas pipe and install the humidifier. He was supposed to come to my home Thursday at 6:30 PM, at 6:36 PM he texted saying he is tied up with no heat furnace calls. I had no problem with this considering i just needed a humidifier installed and some people had no heat. We Moved my appointment to Saturday at 2:30. Saturday 2:30 come around and he is a no show, i text him to see if he is still coming and he responds saying 5:30" and nothing else

Khurram installed my gas range yesterday. He is very punctual and always responded to my calls. Will definitely use his service again and recommend to friends and family.
