This place is awesome! I have visited this property on business and I can absolutely say it's beyond living up to the neighbourhood's fame. Nicely secluded from the hustle and bustle of the main (Yonge) street but very close to the busy areas of Yonge-York Mills and Yonge-Sheppard, all the common areas are maintained clean and often enough, nice and courteous staff, and even the contractors are very respectful. Special thanks to Joey T. who is taking care of the site who never hesitates to get his hands dirty and help everyone.

Excellent place to live. Well lit, ventilated apartments. Convenient, in a good residential neighborhood.

The building management turns on the baseboard heaters when temperatures outside are in the low 20s leading to uncomfortably hot units. They fail to acknowledge that this is an issue - nor do they seem to care that the hallways smell absolutely foul.

As a previous tenant, I must tell Minto is far behind a customer oriented rental building! when I contacted the head office nobody helped me to solve my issue and I moved out eventually and I am very glad now!
