Goodness Me! Natural Food Market
Spent an hour shopping here with my 2 young daughters only to find out at the checkout that their debit was down and I could only pay with cash or credit. I needed to buy groceries to feed dinner to my children. They told me to wait because tech was going to restore debit. Waited 30 minutes until I finally walked to the convenience store in the plaza beside the store with my daughters, to use the ATM.. Came back and paid with cash. Store manager that was there was non apologetic and super awkward, didn’t make eye contact during our conversation. Didn’t offer any kind of help in my situation. Absolutely horrific experience. I used to shop here 1-2 times per week but haven’t been back since this incident.

Goodness Me! Natural Food Market
I have sent an email to this company regarding my complaint. Will update if and when there is a resolution.I received an email from Linsey saying I would be contacted about my concern with their poor customer service and I never recieved any follow up after the initial email.I used to do all my grocery shopping and purchase all my vitamins, personal products etc. from this store. I no longer shop here. They have permanently lost a customer.

Watch out the expiration dates for frozen stuffs. I bought a regular priced super flax kamut frozen bread yesterday, June 6, 2023 and I just noticed today it expired on April 18, 2023. On the positive side, clean facility and not crowded.

I love goodness me as they do have the type of eggs and milk I wanted. Cashiers used to be respectful. But tonight, I finally met the rude cashier (red sweater with glasses on) that other people have commented below. I greeted her but she didn’t reply back. I saw her face looked like she’s ready to resign her job. Perhaps she had a long day, but her attitude was extremely bad when i questioned her the price for the apple cider thats going to expire in 2 days. She wasn’t willing to communicate and solve the problem but calling the manager. I won’t come back to this location. Worst grocery experience.

Food usually decent. Service sucks. Stood at hot counter while employees chatted, another straightened items on the shelf. Nobody helped me after 5 mins., so went elsewhere

The service level has been an absolute disgrace this past year. Everyone has serious attitude, are unfriendly, unhelpful, and are outright RUDE. I am still in shock that the food counter girl said 'I don't earn tips'. This is simple basic customer service. If you don't like your job, quit. If you don't like people, don't work with the public. Goodness Me needs to implement customer service training

I shopped here a couple of times a week. The staff nowadays is ridiculously lazy and ignorant. Don’t bother trying to find an employee to ask when the fresh produce is coming in ,as what they have in stock at the present time is punny.. the unapproachable, depressed looking cashier at the front has a serious attitude problem ..the management is no better… they lost another customer.
