Novo Physio and Health

I have been going to Novo since it opened. They are all great employees and I feel so much better everytime I leave! I have been to Jess for massage appointments and she is the best! Always listens to what areas I need working on and is very attentive to details! Will continue to go to her as long as my benefits are there, but is defiantly worth paying out of pocket for how I feel after!

RMT Tessa van de Poll is amazing! I have been to many RMTs over the years, and Tessa is the BEST. She knows how to connect with her clients in a warm and professional manner, she is very knowledgeable and intuitive in the way she practices. I always feel so awesome after I’ve seen Tessa.

I met with Meredith (chiro) about persistent foot and leg pain I've been having when walking or standing. She listened so well and asked good questions about the pain I experience. She observed me walking and then put together a set of rehab exercises to help me, even videoing me doing them with her instructions, which has been so helpful! I am grateful that even though she concluded regular chiropractic care isn't what would be most helpful to me, she came up with something that would be. Wonderful experience and wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend!

I’ve been going to Novo for over a year now. I started out just going for massages but since being pregnant, I’ve branched out to physio and Chiro. All of the massage therapists are so awesome! I switch up who I go to because they’re all so nice and I don’t have a favourite.Meredith and Taylor are also so great and friendly. So excited to hear they have postnatal mommy and me classes as well! Super excited to try those. 100% recommend all the services here. Lots of openings also and I find I never have trouble getting in.

I've been going to Kristina for a few years now for a few different reasons. She always goes above and beyond for my treatment. She fully listens to me when I explain my injuries and helps me understand what is going on. Even when I'm not in treatment, she reaches out to see how I'm feeling. I recommend her to friends/family whenever someone says they need a physiotherapist.Wanted to expand my original review to include the whole Novo team. The atmosphere there is just so calming and everyone is so friendly. I've been seeing Meredith for a few years now, and she is the most thoughtful chiropractor I've ever seen. She isn't just about doing quick adjustments and pushing you out the door. She really cares about her patient's well being and focuses on treating problem areas - highly recommend.

The RMT Jessica is absolutely amazing. She helped me with my aches and pains, very pleasant and professional. This place is peaceful and beautiful with caring staff.

I was referred to Jessica for massage treatment and let me tell you; she has been amazing. She knows what she is doing and is a pleasure to deal with. Her skills in massage are near special and after being to many clinics nothing compares. She definitely knows what she is doing! Thanks again for everything. Changing lives, one massage at a time :)

This review is long overdue. I couldnt find a bad thing to say about Kristina or Meredith if I tried. I was injured in a car accident in 2015 and for years, I tried different therapists and treatment and the pain never went away. I worried about my future and my job prospects because I was young when it happened. Then I found Meredith and followed her to novo where I found Kristina.They didnt just give me my mobility back. They gave me my life back. I can move again. I can work with almost no restrictions. I can train and power lift again. They gave me my future back. I can be a husband again. I can see the future where I'm a father who can play with his kids outside and not be too sore or tired from work. I can be social and not be stuck laying on the sofa because I over did it and re injured myself.They have a very good approach to rehabilitation. They use manual therapy and a hands-on approach while showing you how to train and adapt your movement so you actually heal and see progress.Everyone at the novo team is just simply wonderful. I don't think I'd be where I am today without them. I don't have to be afraid of what's to come anymore because of them.

I have been coming to Novo to see Meredith for chiro for almost 1.5 years now. She is very approachable and knowledgeable with any questions that I have. Having never gone to a chiropractor before I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Meredith took the time to explain everything to me. My back pain has significantly reduced since seeing her.They have direct billing for insurance and online booking so it’s super convenient and easy. Also super easy to contact them through text. Sometimes I have to bring my kids with me and everyone that works there is always great with them and helps me watch them during my appointment.

I’ve been seeing the staff at Novo for quite awhile now and they are by far the best clinic I have ever been to. I switched and go there for all Physiotherapist, chiropractic, and massage needs and they are all just amazing. I would just like to add I have seen numerous physiotherapists and Kristina is by for the best one I have ever been to, she cares for her patients, and focuses on active rehab and her one on one treatments without machines make all the difference. Meredith is also amazing, she gives a different approach which has helped so many, of my many issues, and long term both of their treatments combined has helped me greatly. This clinic i cannot recommend enough!!
