Colman Prosthetics & Orthotics

I was referred to Colman by my physiotherapist and they were great to work with. They were accommodating when booking my appointment, it wasn't months in advance, and also sent a reminder text message for my appointment. Receptionist and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Would go back for anything else needed.

hi there. my experience was really good. they were attentive, professional and really knowledgeable. it was easy to get in touch with my practitioner when i had questions, they told me what to expect, the appointments were easy and the follow-up was appreciated. i'm very happy with my mobility aids and would definitely recommend Colman to others.

The new location is beautiful and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was having trouble with sore feet from running and I was able to get an appointment right away. Ken helped diagnose the issue, gave me some advice on some new running shoes, and set me up with an awesome pair of new orthotics. I haven't had any issues since.Highly recommend!

Great staff and excellent service. I took my daughter there to get some new orthotics. Mark was great and really took the time to go over everything thoroughly and chatted with my daughter about sports and activities while he was gathering information and taking the casts of her feet. New location is fantastic with lots of parking. I would definitely recommend them.

When I walk into the office their so friendly and respectful and they get you in right away. The office is clean and tidy.My prosthesis is very professional and caring, he listens to me and we work together to solve the issue. He talks me through everything that he's going to do and not do to make it better for me to become more active. Love him to pieces and I would recommend him to anyone

I’ve been coming to Coleman for a few years now. They always make me feel welcome from the point I walk in till I leave. I have full confidence in the team to make sure I will be able to live my life the way I want to. The environment Is always very comfortable. I have been a patient at Colman Prosthetics since my traumatic below knee amputation in 2011, I have always had a great experience with the prosthetic team and the office staff. Everyone is very friendly and courteous, they always do whatever they can to get me in for appointments in an emergency. The prosthetic team is very passionate about helping me regain my mobility and get me back to doing all the activities I want to do (skating, running, snowboarding, weight training and swimming).

We have been taking our infant daughter to Colman for several months now and we can't say enough good things about the service and care we have received. Our orthotist's Matt and Melissa have been so great. They are competent, caring and have taken such great care of our daughter. They take the time to explain what they are doing and why, answer all our questions and have always been really personable and accommodating.The front desk staff are always friendly and welcoming as well.Thank you to everyone at Colman but in particular Matt and Melissa for taking such good care of my family!

Hello, I visited Colman's on the 25th July, for a foot lift, the person that attended me was very thorough, however, when I got home, I realized I had not been given my old lift back, I phoned first thing this morning, and repeated that to the girl, and said I also required that for my other shoes as the new one did not fit all, there was no apology, I am sorry, I will look into it, she said hold the line please, which I did, she came back and told me that the girl who had attended me, said that I did not have one when I had the fitting. they do not have the foot lift, I explained that yes I did, she even tested my shoe with it in, my daughter was also in attendance, I simply said what the hell!!! and she accused me of swearing, I apologized and said that it was not a swear word, she said she would look into it. I phoned my daughter as I am elderly, to ask for her help with this situation, and she phoned the same girl back, who simply said I have told your Mother

Amazing team. Mat and Rachel has been super helpful. They are very accommodating and super flexible. Its like magic that they have solution for every problem of mine. Also the front office staff is great. I would love to give them more than a 5 star review for their exceptional service.
