We had an amazing experience with Diraddo Real Estate!We were first time home buyers on a very tight budget. We bought out house in the spring of 2022, and this was a stressful experience in a challenging market. However, Justin and Victoria were up to the challenge!Victoria was calm, professional, and friendly. I was amazed by how unflappable she was as we visited quite a lot of fixer-uppers… I was also amazed by how thorough and knowledgeable she was in assessing the state of houses and on the patterns and prices in the market. At the beginning of the process we knew basically nothing about buying a house, and Victoria offered valuable advice that proved accurate. On top of that, Victoria was kind and friendly; it was such a pleasure to visit houses with her!Near the end of the process we had minor trouble with our mortgage broker which at the time felt very stressful. Justin supported us through that. He was available at the last minute to help and showed an amazing balance between being calm, reassuring, positive, and professional, while also getting things done!
