Lived there for eight years; highly recommend it.

If you’re looking for a quiet & comfortable place to live in Toronto, I’d recommend this spot in a heartbeat.It’s close to absolutely everything, run by some truly wonderful people and full of happy tenants and their friendly dogs.This is the best building I’ve lived in and will definitely come back if this house thing falls through.

Dont drink the kool aid. Luxury is a stretch its alright. Well over priced

I worked here for a few weeks 2019until the Owner let me go. Said a resident had accused me of a racist comment. I asked her what proof what was said and when as dont have a racist bone in my body. I was a concierge at the front door. I recall not opening the door to a person of colour NOT because they were but because I didnt know her . I recalled she made a comment when she came in like you open the door to a white person. Unreal. I said to the Owner will see a lawyer. In the event I agreed a cash settlement with her. The building is old very high rents there is a communal laundry in the basement nothing in suite unless you want a Penthouse. A very odd place to live and work
