While pet sitting at our daughter's, her furnace conked out. We tried calling a couple heating biz in Sherwood Park but got the oh our techs are all booked solid today; it will be after 5:30 by the time we can get to you and we will have to get our suppliers to open up for parts after hours so there will be that added charge.." I was calling at 10 a.m. on Fri morning - how could there be "after hours charges" built in already to a Service Call?? Sounds ridiculous

We have had Global Heating out to our place twice now, once for a furnace inspection and once for a repair. We have been thoroughly impressed with the customer service and integrity of this company. For the furnace inspection, Paul showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the furnace letting me know a few things that might need work in the future. He gave me all the pertinent information without being pushy. He was very knowledgeable and explained things to me in a way that I could understand. When we called Global for the repair, Paul made the effort to get to us that same day (it was a cold November day) and had the furnace repaired and running in no time. I would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends. Great service and workmanship!

I was so pleased with the service. I phoned in the morning and he was out by noon. My furnace wasn't working and it was getting a little cold in the house. Paul was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was professional and got right to work. I was extremely impressed that he didn't up sell" what I needed. A few weeks ago my furnace went out and my home was freezing cold as the weather temperature had really dropped. I called Global Heating and Paul advised me to hold off to the morning because an after hour call is costly. I really appreciated this honest advice. The next morning, Paul came over to assess and identify the problem. He got my furnace working and informed me that I still had warranty to make the necessary repairs. When I contacted this company I was told they no longer serviced our condo. The company installed a heating and cooling system in 2017 with a 10 year warranty for the equipment.

We had some noisy furnace issues right before Christmas. He managed to come a day earlier than planned, which kept our family from going insane. Even though the furnace is 50+ years old, he did not try to push a new install on me like other companies have done. We will definitely call him again when we need a furnace repair.

My gas fireplace was not working. Paul managed to fit me in so I could have a working fireplace for Christmas. His professionalism and expertise were top rate. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I located Global Heating Services, on the internet, and after expressing my thermostat concerns to Paul, he stated that he would attempt to assist us later in the day or next day.
