Total Kneads Massage Therapy
I went here today for the first time for a massage with Cecilia. It was one of the best massages I've ever had and left me feeling like a new woman lol. It wasn't too much or too little pressure for my liking. She did a bit of cupping on me so that was neat to try. Overall I felt like she approached the massage in a thoughtful and thorough way and as a bonus was nice to talk to. Definitely heading back here for my next massage.

The spot is far enough the main road that it's nice and quiet during your treatment. As for the treatment, it's definitely the best one I've had in a long time. Erin was polite and professional, and really listened to my concerns. Thanks Erin! I'll be back for sure.

Total Kneads Massage Therapy
I have attended Total Kneads off and on for over a decade. I really like the energy of this space. There is a calmness and serenity that I appreciate. The practitioners are always excellent, and I always leave feeling like a mushy avocado - the best feeling. I love how the staircase treads are smootly worn down from many feet over the years.There is free on street parking and I've never had an issue getting a spot.

I’ve been to Total Kneads many times over the years and have seen many of their therapists. I saw Siggi Laupus for the first time today and highly recommend anyone looking for a relaxing and therapeutic experience to book with him. His approach was very thorough and very holistic and I felt very comfortable with his professionalism with the added Covid procedures. An excellent experience!

I have been going to Total Kneads Massage Therapy for many years. Centrally located, easy to get to and lots of street parking on site. Staff are always friendly but Hannah is, of course, my favourite. She is sweet and concerned about her patients. She is the best massage therapist I've ever seen. She listens to me and always does an amazing job.
