Food was good but we were basically forgotten by our server. Waited over 30min to put in our order. Had to ask a different server for some water while we waited as they didn’t give us any. Watched everyone else who came in after us get their food and drinks before us. Also had to go ask for the bill as no one came to check on us. Wasn’t very busy while we were there. Overall food was good but wouldn’t go back due to the poor service.

I had just made reservations for my daughter's birthday on the 22...nice young lady that set it up...I then ordered dinner, at 4:00, I finally left at 4:45 with no coffee refill offer nor did I get asked if I wanted a beverage, and i still had no meal!! .I like wine with meal...I am also a chef/ etc...very poor service, thinking of canceling my reservation and go somewhere, where you actually get served.Not impressed at all....

Me and a girlfriend went to match for some appy’s and drinks. Our server was so unbelievably rude She found it very offensive when we told her that we weren’t sure if we were going to go back to the casino.. I really enjoy the Match in Kelowna so thought I’d give the Vernon one a second chance safe to say I will not be back. On my way out I told the bartender what had happened and she told me it’s not her problem and she’ll grab a manager also very rude. On a positive note the casino staff were very pleasant.

Wonderful service & food. Tried their mixed greens' salad with goat cheese, pumpkin seeds, strawberry slices, raddish slices tossed in their champagne reduction dressing & added a skewer of garlic butter shrimp. A friend let me try her cheese burger & that was also top notch! Although it was a bit loud, it was still a nice environment. I'd like to try their seasonal menu when I come back!

Worst food I’ve ever had all the food tasted flavourless very gross I got the waffles and chicken and it had no flavour. The coffee tasted extremely burnt and the shaft drink I got was the worst shaft I’ve ever had. Our servers and host was nice. But brunch was very bad

The atmosphere was good.Unfortunately we do not feel a good service, they did not fully apply the value of our promotional coupons. We had two for $16 each, for a total of $32. Initially they took $6 off our bill and when we made the claim they finally applied $16.Additionally, the meat on the burger was somewhat burnt.Chicken wings were very good.

We used to go to this place all the time years ago the food and drinks / atmosphere were amazing !!! All the drink prices had gone up so my friends and I had all stopped going . We decided after 4 years we would give it another shot and wow it was horrible in all aspects !!! Single Caesar’s are 10 bucks and a sangaria was 13 ( it was Caesar Sunday but still only 2 bucks off so 8 for a single is ridiculous it’s the most EXPENSIVE in town ). It was 10 dollar pizza day ( Reg 18 ) the pizza was burned / had hardly any toppings and had horrible taste ! They did take the pizza off the bill and they did apologize. We saw the table beside us send several things back as well so the food is definitely an issue !!! It’s one of the most expensive pubs in town and the quality is terrible we definitely won’t be going back!!!

Not that great. Ordered a Caesar salad with no protein, comes out loaded with bacon bits. Server says yes I checked no meat. Bacon is meat. Server replies oh you meant no meat at all". Calamari was salty.The place had a live band but was fairly quiet in patrons. I don't feel the team there feels "committed in providing a good experience" as their reply in review say."
