I was referred to this company from friends during my renovation. Great prices and awesome service all around! Bruce from sales went above and beyond to ensure full customer satisfaction. He even called after they were installed to ensure we were happy. Their installer Alex was fast, friendly and most helpful. Outstanding vendor that I wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend. Proper Floors
Used their vinyl flooring for our basement. The flooring was a really good price and seems like good quality. The vinyl plank went together pretty easily. We used the vinyl tile for our downstairs bathroom and laundry room and that was a bit tougher to put together. It isn't as long so it didn't have as much flex as the plank. But it looks great and still wasn't too bad to put together. Highly recommend checking them out if you need vinyl flooring.

We just purchased new flooring for our sunroom from Proper Flooring after being referred to them by a friend . Needless to say we were very happy with the whole process.
