My grandmother Margaret asked me to leave a review for Dr. Baydock because she was extremely professional, kind, attentive, and very easy to talk to. She says she would highly recommend Dr. Baydock to anyone. The staff in the office were also very nice to her and made the experience a pleasure.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. The front desk staff are great, so polite and kind. Dr. Wittner is an excellent doctor and is always able to answer all of my questions.

Very surprised by the negative reviews on here. I've never had an issue with any of the staff, i can always get through to communicate with them and the ladies are always so friendly everytime I come in. Dr. Carlissa Wittner and her assisant O are an amazing team. Keep up the good work!

I have had the absolute pleasure of having Dr. Wittner-Smith as my OB for a D&C and post-op care, then for my full pregnancy with my son, and now with my current pregnancy (twins). She is always pleasant, answers all my questions, but is also very efficient. I have never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes for an appointment with her.What made her stand out to me originally was that she not only cared about my physical well being, but also my emotional.Today was my first day at this new clinic, and it is beautiful! The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, and they squeezed me in for an appointment when I, honestly, desperately needed one.I'm glad to continue to return to the SEW clinic, and would refer it to anyone looking for a good experience with doctors and staff who listen and care.

I like this clinic and all the doctors are very nice, polite and patient. They will answer all your questions very patiently. The only reason I am giving 3* rating is because of the receptionist. The receptionist(I don’t know her name) is very impolite, very very rude with the patients. I don’t know how she behaves with others but we are immigrants and her reception with us is not acceptable which brings bad reputation to the clinic. Pregnant women will go through a lot and least, we can expect a smile from receptionist which makes us happier. If possible, I would recommend to change the receptionist ASAP.

I've been having an amazing experience in this new office! From the front staff to my doc, I have nothing but positive things to say. Everyone is respectful, kind, and takes the time to listen if I have questions about my pregnancy. Thank you to everyone there!

This clinic was clean, tidy, and ran on time. It really failed me, though. COVID-related experiences have left me with a lot of medical anxiety... The intake was lengthy and focused solely on my physical health (i.e. multiple probing questions about a one-off ailment from a decade ago), while my mental health wasn't addressed at all. I felt distressed and alienated, and I saw zero evidence of concern from them on the impact of their inconsistent practices.

We are so grateful for the incredible care both Dr. Galdon and Dr. Shah provided us during my pregnancy. Georgie is also super helpful and was always such a pleasure!

If I could give more stars, I would. The clinic was clean, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to explain all of our options.

Dr Galdon is the absolute loveliest doctor I've ever been a patient of! She is so sweet and really listens to my concerns. I am so happy to have her as my doctor and have full faith in anything she recommends etc.
