Wow! After searching from Fort Erie to Mississauga for a lift chair for my elderly parents we stopped by Performance Mobility. Unlike the hurried disinterested care we got at some of the corporate stores, Leigh spent a lot of time helping mum make decisions, exploring options, giving knowledgeable advice and giving her a good deal on her chair. Leigh also arranged a same day consultation with an occupational therapist so my mum could get a new walker (which she delivered to mum's house in Vineland on her way home). Although I live in BC, Leigh followed up with emails and let me know when the chair arrived (by free delivery !). It was only later that I found out she owns the store and is committed to excellent service. I highly recommend her store.

My grandma has been suffering immensely with her disability and she is low income. She can hardly move or get out of bed. The people at performance mobility assured us they would get her connected with someone to do an assessment so that the gov can subsidize a mobility scooter for her. That was back in MAY! It's now November. They kept giving us the run around and said someone would call this week" on several occasions. That never happened. They clearly only care about people who have money and leave the low income seniors in the dust. Shame."

This company was terrible to deal with regarding repair of the wheelchair they originally made for me. This chair has now been in disrepair for 6 months. I called to inquire finally today and the receptionist who answered the call was so rude I finally hung up and will go with another company for repair. There is no clear or timely communication from this company. NOT RECOMMENDED TO DEAL WITH

Excellent service, friendly knowledgeable staff, and the rental equipment is newer and very clean. They are my new go to when in need of medical devices.

I do not leave many web reviews, but this one is definitely worth it.On vacation, in Niagara Falls we had a problem with my son's electric wheelchair. We went to this store to get service since they sell the same brand. The owner went out of his way to accommodate us and make sure we could continue our trip even if we are not local customers. I’m in year three of my recovery from a highway accident that robbed me of my independence.
