You NEED to clean the ATM machines in the morning before you open, it’s awful so dirty these machines are and sometimes the mats smell like urine.

My general experience with RBC has been great for years. But I am very disappointed with the advisors at this location. Try another branch if you are trying to get a good advice.

One teller on duty and incredibly slow service. They also no longer carry foreign cash anymore. I'm not sure what my monthly fee is going towards.

This review is in regards to their mortgage/ lending department.We have not interacted with tellers or other staff at this branch.Went to see about possible financing for a housing purchase today. The representative we saw, Margaret Lee was pleasant enough but not helpful or knowledgeable, for anything beyond the most basic of applications.We explained right away that we would require some creative solutions not just the usual cookie cutter" application process

Line moved quick, our RBC representative Bobby did a great job helping us. Great customer service.

The worst customer experience at the Douglas and Fisgard branch I have ever had. A young teller, his name is Grayson, you will know him by the four bling rings he has on his hands, and because he likes to shout out personal information for others to hear, and belittle people telling them, to get a job.. when he has no idea. Further to this, Grayson needs customer service training, and knowledge of RBC policies as he seemed drastically unarmed and untrained for the position he is currently holds. Luckily, I did not give him any account information out of fear that he would further yell out personal information for all to hear. It was utterly disgusting behavior, and he should be terminated for breach of trust and much more.

Extremely belittling advisor, didn’t even ask why I had booked the visit, instead I was advised to work more hours, cut expenses, start an additional account with them, consider taking out a loan, etc etc all these things I didn’t want. And additionally I was signed up for a service without my permission and without my knowledge. It wasn’t until he turned the computer around to show me what he was doing that I saw him click accept to email notifications for something I didn’t sign up for??? Horrible experience.

Lost my wallet, refused to help me. Went down the street to coast capital they had me login to my online & answer security questions & gave me option of withdrawal or giving me a temporary card. Completely embarrassed that I have 3 accounts & a mortgage with this company.

Usually I'm pretty happy with the way RBC handles my business. But this time round the clerk was questioning my debit history and making me feel like my account was compromised while giving no reason as to why she thought that way. Going through myself after the fact there was nothing out of the ordinary. Will be staying away from this branch.
