Called in for a quote, Brandon picked up and he was the first person that I called that came across knowledgeable and experienced (and I called around 5 companies that day).The AC installation was done very professionally and efficiently. They also took the time to explain how to best care for the units and they really really stand behind their products and workmanship.Very friendly-neighbourhood type service, but they are very professional and explained everything better than any other company I contacted.Two thumbs WAY UP! It was time for us to replace both our old furnace and a/c unit. Brandon and Peter spent a day on removal and a new install. At the end you could tell these guys pay attention to detail, we were extremely happy with the work they did. ARCC Mechanical recently installed a Lennox 16 SEER A/C unit in our home. Even though the installation was more difficult that he expected, he honoured his original quotation. He also corrected the wiring in the NEST thermostat and installed a compressor protection valve at no extra cost. Great to deal with and I will recommend to my friends. Thanks Brandon.

Professional, efficient & one of the best price points in town for a new furnace.Our furnace was red tagged by Reliance on one of the coldest winter nights this year. I contacted ARCC that same night and Brandon took the time to answer all of my questions. He scheduled me in for a new furnace installation the very next morning. Brandon and Dan did a great job getting our new furnace set up. I noticed some new rattling noises later in the evening & Dan came back soon after to assess and address the issue.So thankful we went with ARCC!
